Captain Linda Lewis

As an Emeritus Associate Professor from the University of Washington, Linda brings her professional educator background and 40 years of hands-on boating experience to her skills-focused teaching. She has taught hundreds of individuals and couples on their power boats over the last 15 years. She also gives presentations on navigation & boat handling topics yearly at the Seattle Boat Show, Trawlerfest, yacht clubs, and other groups throughout the Pacific Northwest. She has cruised the Pacific Northwest's 'Inside Passage' (including nine cruises to Southeast Alaska) for 25 years - on both sail and power boats. Today she single-hands her 45’ trawler and cruises with her friends as crew.
